Pani Puri /पानी पूरी.

INGREDIENTS:-
MAKING OF PANI
1 Cup chooped coriander leaves (धनिया पता)
1/4cup mint leaves (पुदीना)
7 Green chilli (हरि मिर्च)
7 Flakes Garlic
1 Inch Ginger
1tsp Roasted Cumin powder
1tsp Citric Acid
1tsp Black salt
1/2tsp salt
Grind all the ingredient finely
And pour in to a Bowl
1 Lemon size Tamarind
150 gm Jaggery
Grind it and strain in strainer and pour in the Green chatny
Put 1 litter water in this chatny

MAGIC MASALA
2tbsp Cumin seed
1 whole red chilli
1tbsp coriander seed
Roast all Ingredients and grind coarsely
Put 1tbsp spoon in pani mix well add
1/2cup boondi and 1 onion chopped
And paini is ready to use with puri.

FILLING
1/2 Cup Green gram (मूंग) soaked over night and sprouted boild with
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1/4tsp Salt
Give one whistle and strain take out the sprouted Green gram in a bowl
1 Potato boild and chopped finely
Mix with sprouts add
1tsp magic masala
2 pinch black salt
Coriander chopped
1 onion chopped mix all the ingredient and filling for pani puri is ready.
