[Cooking ingredients]
Dolsan leaf mustard, Thick fish sauce, Clear fish sauce, Glutinous rice flour, Dried anchovy powder, Red pepper powder, Garlic, Ginger, Scallions, Red pepper seeds, Salt, Kelp broth, Sweetener


[Recipe]
1.Pickle the leaf mustard
1)Dip trimmed leaf mustard into salted water
2)Add a half cup of salt on its plump stem
3)Pickle leaf mustard that is dipped in salted water for 1~3 hours
(flip it once in an hour)

2.Make Glutinous rice paste (thicking Agent)
1)Add water into glutinous rice flour to soak it.
2)Put glutinous rice flour into boiling water, and Stir it for 7~8 minutes
3)Put it on the plate and let it cool down

3.Make kelp broth
1)Put kelp into boiling water and stir it
2)Remove from the heat after simmering it for 3~4 minutes
3)Strain them and store clear broth

4.Make seasoning
1)Add the kelp broth and seasonings* into glutinous rice paste, and mix them
(*Thick fish sauce, Clear fish sauce, Sweetener, Red pepper seeds, Dried anchovy powder, Garlic, Ginger, Red pepper powder)
2)Season the pickled leaf mustard
3)Fold the Kimchi in half and roll it
