In this video, we show you how our Pit Control 2.0 system delivers incredible accuracy from smoke to sear with category-first, dual-sensors. One sensor at the grate level and another mounted inside the chamber work together to optimize temperatures with what we call “Fire Focus”. Whether you’re smoking low-and-slow or grilling over high heat, you can count on consistent results. Temp probes keep track of internal temperatures, so you’ll always know when your food is done. We upgraded the PowerFeed system with a high-torque auger motor that powers through pellets to keep the fire burning. And of course, the Rider DLX 1200 is equipped with all the premium features you expect from Oklahoma Joe’s, including a modular shelf & tool bar and our all-new rubber-treaded wheels.
