Strategy:
Well, there's not much to be said about Wingul that I haven't already said from the first two times we fought him (in much harder battles than this one no less). He still uses Rising Phoenix and Severing Wind as his counters and can still be guard manipulated into using Gale Fang. It's really just an honest fight where you dodge the counters with backsteps or Darting Claws then punish Wingul.
