Tracking is just a fancy way of saying watch the puck and read the play. Today we have a HUGE video with outstanding drills to improve your tracking, through proper tracking warm ups, game situation tracking and prop training to improve your visual battling skills while screen tracking.

Mentor Student, Dereck Namlick was in town for some training with the goat and I think you’ll be very impressed with his technical game and his tracking game pushing through some very tough drills I use on my NHL and OHL goalies.

Goalie coaches will love to add these drills to your goalie training as the improvements will be rapid in your students’ tracking abilities.
