Subaru BRZ/FRS/GT86 - STI PCV & Check Valve Install | Clamping Intake Manifold Hoses

The car was having some vacuum leak issues. This is because I haven't installed things that I needed to do before installing the turbo. One of them is installing the STi PCV valve and check valve on one of the catch cans. This is to prevent any kind of pressure from entering the PCV side of the engine. The other one is clamping the hoses that tend to come loose under the intake manifold. With those out of the way, it ensures that the car is free of any vacuum leaks.

~~~Steps / Check List~~~

** Clamping the hoses under the intake manifold **
- Remove and tubes connected to the throttle body
- Remove throttle body wire harness
- Remove throttle body by removing (4) of the 10mm bolts
- Remove the o-ring and clean it
- The first hose is under the throttle body, install clamp and tighten it
- Remove intake manifold cover and MAP sensor harness
- Remove 10mm bolts behind manifold holding the solenoid
- Clamp the hoses and install them accordingly
- Reinstall solenoid, throttle body, wire harnesses, and etc.

** Installing STI PCV and Check Valve **
- Remove hoses installed on the stock PCV valve
- Remove stock PCV valve using a Deep socket 19mm and Wobble extensions
- Add thread sealant on the new STI PCV valve (NEED TO CURE FOR 12~24 Hours)
- Install STI PCV valve and torque down to 14 ft/LB
- Tighten the worm clamp on the STI PCV Valve
- Cut the hose going to from the radium catch can to the intake manifold
- Install the check valve with the arrow (air going into) the intake manifold
- Clamp all lines and check for leaks
