This year, IRF Road Scholars gathered in Washington, DC between January 4-12, 2023.

📌Since 1949, the IRF Fellowship program has helped change the lives of 1,500 men and women in 118 countries through educational scholarships, in the fields related to the development of better and safer roads and road networks worldwide.

📌Alumni of the IRF fellowship program became the heads of state ministers, chief executive officers, University professors and chief engineers's where they are in a position to exercise a multiplier effect in the transfer of technology and information.

📌We are proud of our glorious past.
