Force Stop Samsung Pay on Samsung Galaxy Active2 Watch - Samsung Pay Pop-Up Issues

I'm having pop-up issues with Samsung Pay repeatedly activating on my Samsung Galaxy Active2 Watch. In this video I talk about how to force stop the Samsung Pay app, to completely shut it down.

Note that before this, I first tried:

Disabling Samsung Pay:
   • Disabling Samsung Pay on Samsung Gala...  

Enabling Samsung Pay to get access to stopping notifications:
   • Enabling Samsung Pay on Samsung Galax...  

So I would try those two things first.

Note also that you have to have Samsung Pay INSTALLED before you can force-stop it. It is only if Samsung Pay is installed that you have access to this option.

For me, the Force Stop option didn't help. Yes, it stopped the app from running. But then "something" triggered it again to start it up afresh, to start running again. So I continue my quest to figure out how to stop these Samsung Pay pop-ups.
