Varieties of tasty dishes can be prepared by using ladies fingers. It is a curry by using ladies fingers which can be a best combination with rice, chapathi, dosa etc. We call it as sukka. Grated coconut and roasted spices are ground into thick fine paste, then it is mixed with cooked ladies fingers. At the end, sliced onions are fried in ghee or oil, added to the curry. Ladies finger pieces must be fried before cooking. This is to prevent the creation of slime structure in the ladies fingers.

Coriender seeds 5sp
Jeera 2sp
Coconut oil or Ghee 7sp
Salt to taste
Jaggary
Tamarind
Lady finger 20
Oinon 2
Greated coconut 1 medium size
Required water
