✨"There is nothing to see, there is nothing to show..." ✨
This video just wants to keep you company in your breathing practice, in case you need it.
The voice represents what I "tell" myself to stay attentive when I realize that I start to "sleep" or "evade" with my mind - except counting the minutes, which is something I don't usually do, because I put a alarm and that's it. 😉
I hope it is of some use to encourage the use of this wonderful practice that expands your breathing, inward and outward, lengthening an inner silence that (potencially) has no limits.

Benefits that I've notice:
- A mind more (much more) calm.
- A slower, more subtle breathing (but just when you don't focus on it... so stay alert but then forget your alertness in some way, if it's possible... 😁)
- A greater ability to manage abdominal breathing (in both directions)

⚠ Even if it seems difficult at the beginning, if you can keep going by progressively increasing the time, in the end you will find that it almost bothers you to stop practicing!
Therefore... Good practice you too brothers! 🌱
