I was struck by how beautifully it combined action and deep emotion. It set the tone for a post-apocalyptic world that Caesar and his fellow apes are living in and try to build a peaceful life amid the ruins of human civilization. The fragile peace between apes and humans quickly unravels as they were unsure any had survived after the civil breakdown post-virus, leading to heartbreaking conflicts and moral dilemmas. 🦍💔
