I know that many people do not like the lamb taste. In this recipe I show how to make a delicious lamb free koobideh, by using high quality beef meat.

Ingredients:

2 lbs (800 grams) Prime top sirloin cap (beef)
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp Red food colouring (optional)
2 tsp Salt
One onion


Marinade Time: overnight
Cooking Time: 10 min
