We're officially over halfway through our NHL top-10 prospect profiles for the upcoming 2022 NHL Entry Draft!
Taking a look at the NHL Central Scouting top US and European consolidated lists, we take a look at who we think we'll land at 5, 6, and 7th overall.
Right-wing, Joakim Kemell, has been making his way through the Finnish leagues and spent the 2021-22 season with TYP of Liiga.
Matthew Savoie, a centerman, has been doing work of his own in the WHL and has been making more waves than arguably any other prospect in this year's draft pool. Tallying 90-points in 65 games, he's been working hard to get a higher selection than his projected #4.
And coming finally, David Jiricek sneaks in at #7. Another European, he's ranked at #4 according to NHL Central Scouting (EU). As a defenseman, Jiricek has been working his way through the Czech leagues in the 2021-22 season.
