My Sunday Routine | Grocery Haul, Organization, Day in the Life, VLOG

This is my Sunday reset routine that makes me feel organized, at peace and ready for the week ahead. I've got a workout, grocery haul, my meal plan and some good snaps of our family time for ya. Enjoy.

Wild Rice Soup Recipe(Dairy Free)

1 Bag of wild rice
7 Large carrots
1 Celery stalk
1 Bag small potatoes
6 Cups bone, chicken or veg broth
1/3 C coconut milk
3 T coconut amino acids
1 t sea salt
1 T Apple cider vinegar
1 T Ghee(sub coconut oil if uber dairy-free)

Chop and saute carrots and celery in ghee for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, broth, salt, coconut milk, coconut aminos. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Cook wild rice separately according to instructions on the back. Once the veggies are cooked through, use a hand emersion blender and blend until a few chunks of veggie remain. Add rice, stir and serve.

Not a splash of dairy(unless you consider ghee dairy-I don't. At least it doesn't bother me like dairy does), yet it tastes rich and creamy! Save in the fridge up to 5 days.
