DOES NEVADA ALLOW THE USE OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARDS FROM OTHER STATES?

Yes. But out-of-state cardholders need to follow Nevada medical marijuana rules:

1) Have a current, valid medical marijuana card from your home state;
2) You must be from a state that exempts medical marijuana cardholders from criminal liability under the medical marijuana laws of your home state;
3) You must come from your state that has a database so that a lawful NV dispensary can verify that you have a lawful card.

You also may not possess more than 2.5 ounces of marijuana over a 14-day period in Nevada irrespective of what the quota laws are in your home state.
