I'll show you how to make no-bake rare cheesecake with graham crust with edible soil and realistic piped flowers in jar, perfect as gift or product to sell this Valentines Day.

Girls don't want flowers for valentines, they want flower cake! Because what's better than a flower? An edible realistic flower topped on cheesecake with soil that can be eaten too, of course. Not all flowers are created equal. Some can be eaten!

INGREDIENTS:

RARE CHEESECAKE
3/4 cup (150ml) whipping cream
2 cups (360g) softened cream cheese
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

GRAHAM CRUST
1 cup (100g) crushed grahams
1/3 cup (34g) dark brown sugar
1/4 cup (58g) melted butter

EDIBLE SOIL (CHOCOLATE CRUMB)
1 cup (100g) flour
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
2/3 cup (65g) cocoa powder
1 tsp cornstarch
6 Tbsp (85g) melted butter

BOUNCY BLOOMS PASTILLAS CREAM
