Don’t Call It A Comeback!! 🥹 14 Months Post-ADCC 2022 Injury (Kendall’s Road To Polaris 26 Victory)

Flashback to 2022 ADCC semifinals… I’d been on fire throughout the tournament, performing better than ever, and due to a mid-match freak accident, I tore my MPFL and dislocating my patella.

I was pulled out of the arena on a stretcher. It was the most devastating moment of my career.

14 months later, in October of 2023, I re-entered competition to defend my Polaris Open Weight Belt in the UK. It was a pretty incredible time that I’ll never forget. I hope you enjoy following along the physical, emotional, and spiritual journey with me. I’m so happy you’re here. 🫶🏼
