Road to ADCC Ep 8: Final Training with Master Carlos Gracie Jr. & Sula Mae Before ADCC

Alright guys, keeping this one short and sweet… because I’m locked into fight week now and feeling amazing. ❤️‍🔥 This vlog is of the final big training at GB HQ, but this time I get to train with my amazing long-time friend, Sula (who is competing side by side with me at adcc 🤍) AND Master Carlos Gracie Jr. himself. So cool. 😊 Lots of funny (and intense!!) moments in this one lol.

As for right now… it’s officially ADCC week. 4 days out now. We’ve had such a crazy road to get here, and I’m feeling fantastic. Thank you for following along the journey here. What a special time.
