This week's tutorial is a on some fancy flavoured cupcakes. These cuties are jazzed up with some strawberry and prosecco - I can confirm this is just as good as it sounds! During this little Master Class to cupcakes you'll be learning how to make the softest and fluffiest sponge and the best buttercream, how to create a super simple but effective colouring technique through your buttercream and how to pipe the perfect cupcake swirl! (See time stamps below). You can use these tips and tricks to create any cupcake combination you like, add your own flavours, fruits or colourings and make this bake your own.

INGREDIENTS FOR 18 CUPCAKES (APPROX.)
250g soft baking butter
250g caster sugar
250g eggs (approx. 4)
250g self-raising flour
1 cap or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
300g strawberries
250g salted butter
500g icing sugar
3 tbsp Strawberry & Prosecco cream (from Aldi or alternative flavourings)
160° Fan / 180° Conventional / Gas Mark 4
