Installing a Wood Stove and Stone Hearth in our Yurt

We recently installed a wood stove in our 30' yurt. We share footage of the process from start to finish, and some thoughts at the end on our experience.

Wood Stove - Jotul Oslo F500 V3
Base - 1/4" Hardibacker tile board, 5' wide by 4' deep
Stove board used same 1/4" material
Stone hearth - stacked from stones collected on our property
Mantle - 2"x10" and 2"x6" doug fir
Chimney parts - DuraVent Triple Wall 6" chimney pipe, five 3' sections and a thimble kit.
