High Guard Arm Bar by Mario Delgado

In this Jiu Jitsu training video, Mario Delgado teaches the High Guard Arm Bar technique.

Mario Delgado is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under the renowned Renzo Gracie. In this clip he is demonstrating how to finish the arm bar when your opponent is being defensive and just cupping your biceps in closed guard.

This is a common position and it can be very frustrating when your opponent will not engage from the closed guard or they will stand.
