Prudence, discretion, extremely trustworthy. A deep need to be involved in profound relationships or pursuing a lofty goal. If not that, a desire to withdraw. Expertise in your field. A leader who doesn’t need to “show” it, no need for flash because one is possessing of great substance. Research, caution, attention to detail, deliberation. Holding one’s tongue. Understanding what is truly important in life. Not distracted by minutia.

Best Course of Action: Be thoughtful prudent, discreet. Take time to be alone. Withdraw from unsatisfying, superficial activities. Commit to a greater purposes, especially those which represent your highest ideals. Lead others but don’t wait for others. Be patient. Be honest. Define your values and live by them. Be sparing of words, actions will speak much louder. When asked, offer your wise advice and counsel. If needing advice, seek out the wisest person you know. Spend time with an elder.

Reversed: Feelings of isolation and loneliness. Refusing to listen to good advice and counsel, engaging in frivolous activities as a way of avoiding something deeper. Withdrawing too much from the world. Can indicate obsessing over the past. A leader with questionable tactics or someone who is misleading others. Lack of needed expertise.

Best Course of Action Reversed: Can simply be a call to get back out into the world. Engage. Look outside of yourself. Open up, get out of the house or office. Reconnect with the world. Examine your assumptions and values. Consider other points of view. This may be a suggestion to reconsider the leadership of another or this may be a call for you to step down from a leadership position at this time.
