This grave complex includes the grave of Sultan Malikussaleh, the founding Sultan of Samudera Pasai, the first Islamic kingdom in Aceh, who reigned from 1267-1297 CE . Sultan Malik Az-Zahir, the son of Malikussaleh, is also buried here. The complex is in Beuringin (now known as Kuta) Village in Samudera of North Aceh. It is managed by the North Aceh Regional Government.
