ANTI-FASCISTS BLOCK THE DEMOCRATIC FOOTBALL LADS ALLIANCE (DFLA) MARCH 13/10/2018

A march and rally by the DFLA (Democratic Football Lads Alliance) was disrupted by Anti-Fascists, headed by a large militant feminist bloc. The Anti-Fascists blocked the DFLA route to their rally point (a stage in Whitehall).

Anti-Fascists managed to block the route at the junction of Haymarket and Pall Mall. This remained blocked for nearly an hour. At one point members of the DFLA broke through police lines, but were held back after violent confrontations with police.

There was one reported arrest. The numbers for the DFLA were considerably down on their last London event. Anti-Fascist and Anti-Racist numbers were higher.

There was a counter rally organised by Stand Up To Racism at Old Palace Yard. The DFLA attempted to attack this rally.
