The showery sky has affected the green chilies cultivation that I see some of plants are falling down to the ground. It’s not a good sign to catch in the morning. This is not going to be a good news to our farmers. The effort they put is going to be a waste this time. What a disaster! See what the nature teaches us! We have to bear the both loss and the gain.
I got more than a half of green chilies to make curd chilies (Moru Chilies) and wanted to dry them after three to four days. I had a plan of making dhal wade (Parippu Vada). But the fish seller changed my mind to make prawns wade since he brought prawns.
After few days, I dried the curd chilies and made a yummy papaya pickle with some fresh green chilies. It’s a sunny day. I made a juice in kerala for the very first time. Though it was the first time it came out really well, that even my mother praised it.
The egg curry made adding curry powder, chilie powder, onion, garlic, green chilies and cheese was a good match with the green rice I made adding some curry leaves, tempering leaves, green chilies, onion and garlic along with minchi leaves and coriander leaves. There should be a curd chile along with the tomato and onion sambol made adding curd, pepper and some lime. That is heavenly.
