Sprout Moong ki Sabji Recipe Ingredients

2 1/2 Moong Sprout (100 Gram)(Green Gram)
5 Lasun ki kali finely chopped (5 Garlic clove finely chopped)
1 inch Adrak finely chopped (Ginger)
1 cum Tikhiwali Hari Mirch finely chopped (Less spicy Green chilli)
1 Medium size onion finely chopped
1 Tsp Tikhiwali Hari Mirch ki Paste(Spicy Green chilli paste)
1 Tsp Lasun ki Paste (Garlic paste)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1/4 Tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric powder)
1 to 2 Tbl sp oil
1/4 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida!
1/4 cup water
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
