来自制美丽的蓝花燕菜月饼,方式简单直接,快速免烤食谱。切开里面还有“内馅和蛋黄”,跟真正月饼似的。混合萝卜鲜橙汁制作了亮橙色圆球,映照龙珠似的蛋黄果冻。加了酸奶在内馅制造不同于外皮的奶香口味口感。采用了新鲜蝶豆蓝花加上鲜渣柠檬汁制作出天然无色素的星空渐变紫蓝色,梦幻浪漫, 口味清新。混合了燕菜粉和果冻粉可达到定型稳固且Q弹爽口。

收藏方式:入模后,冰窟冷冻1小时准/普通冰箱冷却2小时以上,做好脱模立刻吃最佳。收密封容器普通冰箱保存3-5天,取决于水果本身可存放多久。

Made beautiful Butterfly Blue Pea Flower Jelly Mooncakes. Simple direct, quick and no-bake recipes. After cut open, there are "fillings and egg yolk" within, resemblance of a real mooncake. Mix carrot and orange juice to make bright orange balls, reflecting the dragon ball-like egg yolk jelly. Yogurt is added to fillings to create milky flavor and texture that differs from outer crust. Using fresh butterfly pea blue flowers and freshly squeezed lemon juice to produce natural no coloring galaxy starry night purple blue ombre, dreamy and romantic, refreshing flavor. Mix agar-agar powder and jelly powder can achieve stable shape as well as Q bouncy refreshing taste.

Storage Method: After fill in mould, freeze in freezer for 1 hour sharp/ Chill in normal fridge for 2 hours/more. Best eaten immediately after unmoulding. Store in airtight container chill in normal fridge for 3-5 days, depending on how long the fruit itself can be stored.

500克 热水
70克 细砂糖
5克 燕菜粉
3克 速溶果冻粉
1克 鲜渣柠檬汁 (深紫色)
4克 鲜渣柠檬汁 (浅紫色)
(冰窟冷冻1小时准/普通冰箱2小时-隔夜)
