Rasbhari

Ingredients :
Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp - Ghee
1/2 Cup - Suji Barik ( Semolina)
Roast Properly in Slow but no need to Colour Change
1 Cup - Milk
Mix Properly and Close the flame mix Properly and Remove in Plate ,it should be Luke Warm Mixture

Sugar Syrup
Take a Pan and add
1 Cup - Sugar
1 Cup - Water
Few - Saffron Thread
mix Properly ,no need any string only make Sticky Syrup and Keep aside ,add lastly add
1/4 tsp - Cardamom Powder

In above Luke Warm Suji Mixture add
2 tbsp - Milk Powder
1 tbsp - Maida
1/2 tsp - Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp - Cooking Soda
Mix with hand ,mixture should be luke warm
1 tbsp - Milk
Knead like a dough and again
1 tbsp - Milk
and Knead Soft dough
Make a 18 balls and flattern Little from up

Take a Ghee and Fry in Slow to Medium Flame till golden both sides and Remove in Plate ,it Should be Cool

Now Take a Deep Plate and Pour Half Sugar Syrup add above Put Fried Rasbhari and again Pour Rest Syrup and Keep it for 1/2 n Hour and Decorate with Pistachio Flakes and Almond Flakes n Serve
