Before our big Lake District road trip, we tried out a new location for us, and a campsite which has only been open a few years. Farm & Fell campsite in Sedbergh, set amongst the Howgills in between the Lakeland fells and the Yorkshire Dales. With a pretty little village, riverside walks and views to die for, we quickly fell in love.
We cooked some chicken kebabs on the Weber go anywhere bbq whilst testing some new beers, watched the England football game and had a campfire on an empty campsite. What more could you ask for? Apart from good weather 😁
The site runs alongside the river Rawthey, it's full of nature, wildlife, histric sites and hiking routes, including the Dales Way.
