Karnival in Germany! | Lauren in 🇩🇪 Ep 17

I’m a little late to editing and posting this, but a few weeks ago I visited Gretchen in Osnabrück and watched their annual Karnival parade!

After the parade, we had dinner and walked around…stumbling upon a large concert ground where people were partying right in front of a church! Something that could only happen in Europe 😅

We were surprised at how many older people also dressed up and partied late into the night - I guess German are just built different!

Overall, I enjoyed my time and am happy to say I’ve gotten to participate in some Fasching festivites. I know, of course, that Osna is nothing in comparison to Köln, but I think I got what I needed! 😂

Looking forward to my final three months in beautiful Germany.
