Pork Chops:
1 pork chop
1/4 cup diced peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup broth
salt & pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire

Meatballs:
10 frozen meatballs
1 TBS honey
1 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS garlic
1 TBS brown sugar
1 TBS ketchup
1 TBS Worcestershire

Taco cheesy chicken:
two chicken tenderloins
2 tsp taco seasoning or anything but the alote seasoning
1/4 cup bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 oz Velveeta
1/4 cup broth

Chicken and veggies:
1 chicken breast
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp garlic
salt & pepper
savory seasoning of choice
1/4 cup broth

Orange chicken wings:
5 frozen chicken wings
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 tsp chili sesame oil (or regular sesame oil)
1 tsp corn starch
1 TBS soy sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp minced garlic
