Everybody wants to learn planche but nobody wants to train as hard as he should to achieve this skill. In this video I told you about basic exercises for learning planche. I set myself the goal of regaining my lvl after a long break in calisthenics. My planche workout consists of three basic exercises: pseudo planche push ups, dynamic planche leans and shrugs. If you want progress then you need to train until failure. But don’t forget about the planche technique, warming up before training and stretching after exercise to protect your muscles from injury.
