Resep Tahu Hot Plate Ayam Jamur (untuk 2-3 porsi)

Bahan:
1-2 pcs tahu telur tube
200 gr ayam paha filet
2 butir telur

Bahan lainnya:
3 siung bawang putih
½ buah bawang bombai
3 buah jamur champignon
1 batang daun bawang
200 ml air
2 sdm saus tiram
2 sdt kecap ikan
½ sdm kecap asin
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdm kecap manis
½ sdt kaldu jamur
1 ½ sdm maizena
2 sdm minyak

Pelengkap:
Nasi putih
Kecap asin + cabai rawit merah iris

Langkah:
1. Cincang halus bawang putih, potong kotak kecil bawang bombai, potong kotak kecil jamur, dan cincang kasar paha ayam filet lalu pindahkan ayam ke dalam mangkuk
2. Masukkan saus tiram, kecap manis, kecap asin, kecap ikan, kaldu jamur, dan maizena, aduk rata
3. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang bombai, dan bawang putih hingga wangi kemudian masukkan jamur, tumis sesaat
4. Masukkan ayam, tumis beberapa saat. Masukkan air masak hingga mengental
5. Potong-potong tahu lalu goreng hingga kecokelatan, sisihkan minyak
6. Masukkan telur yang sudah dikocok dan tumisan ayam jamur, masak di api besar
7. Tambahkan minyak wijen dan daun bawang, masak sesaat
8. Tahu hot plate siram ayam jamur siap disajikan

Tofu Hot Plate with Chicken Mushroom Sauce Recipe (yield 2-3 servings)

Ingredients:
1-2 pc tube egg tofu
200 g chicken thigh fillet
2 pc egg

Others:
3 clove garlic
½ pc onion
3 pc champignon mushroom
1 pc green onion
200 ml water
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
½ tsp mushroom stock powder
1.5 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp oil

Add-ons:
Rice
Soy sauce + sliced red Thai chili

Steps:
1. Mince the garlic. Dice the onion and mushroom. Roughly mince the thigh fillet, then transfer to a bowl.
2. Into the chicken, add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, mushroom powder, and cornstarch. Mix well.
3. Heat some oil. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant, then add mushroom. Cook for a moment.
4. Add the chicken and continue cooking. Add water and cook until the sauce thickens.
5. Slice the tofu, then fry until golden brown. Set the oil aside.
6. Add lightly beaten eggs and Chicken Mushroom Sauce into the tofu. Cook on high heat.
7. Add sesame oil and green onions. Cook for a moment.
8. Tofu Hot Plate with Chicken Mushroom Sauce is ready to serve.
