Bloomberry’s casino project, Solaire North, in Quezon City is set to open in May 25.


Solaire Resort North will massively enhance the luxury gaming and entertainment portfolio and solidify our standing as the leading integrated resort developer and operator in the Philippines.

It sits on a 15,000 square-meter lot in Quezon City, involving an investment amount of $1 billion. According to prior company information, the property is set to include a hotel tower boasting a maximum of 526 rooms, along with a gaming area housing up to 163 gaming tables and potentially 3,000 slot machines.

The company broke ground on the project in 2019 but faced numerous delays and lockdowns due to the pandemic.

Covering 1.3 hectares of land in Quezon City, Solaire Resort North will introduce 526 guest rooms and suites plus a casino with 2,669 electronic gaming machines and 163 tables and various non-gaming attractions.

It is expected to build on Solaire Resort Entertainment City’s market-leading position.

Once Solaire North is fully ramped up and most properties are fully generating a certain expectation that we have on cash flow, once that expectation is reached or met, then we will probably launch the Cavite project.
