CV Axle Replacement- Front (06-10 Ford Explorer) AT HOME REPAIR!

HOW TO: Replace Front CV Axle on 2006-2010 Ford Explorer without removing brake caliper, tie end rod, and control arm.

AUDIENCE: Those who need to conduct this repair with minimal tools without hydraulic shop lifts (i.e. driveway repair).

The methods I use to achieve this repair are a combination of tips I’ve learned from other professional YouTubers and mechanics. There ARE better ways to do this, and more technical ways (i.e. torque specifications).
