Ingredients for bun dosa-
Onion- 1/2
Carrot- 1/2
Green chilli- 1
Cabbage- 1/4 cup chopped
Curd- 1/2 cup
Semolina/Suji- 1 cup
Water- 1 cup
Fresh coriander- handful
Baking soda/Eno- 1 tsp
Cooking oil- 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
White sesame seeds- 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for chutney-
Cooking oil- 1 tbsp
Split urad dal- 1 tbsp
Split chana dal- 1 tbsp
Onion- 1/2 onion
Garlic- 6-7 pods
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chillies- 3
Tomatoes- 2
Salt- 1 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup
For tempering-
Cooking oil- 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Split urad dal- 1/2 tsp
Solid red chilli- 2
Curry leaves- 1 sprig

Directions-
1. Whisk curd in a bowl. Add chopped onion, cabbage, green chillies, grated carrots & salt to it & mix well.
2. ⁠Add semolina & water. Mix well, cover & leave for 10 mins.
3. ⁠Add fresh coriander & baking soda and mix well.
4. ⁠In a tadka pan add 1/2 tsp cooking oil, mustard seeds, white sesame seeds. Pour a ladle of the batter. Cover & cook for 1/2 min on low flame. Flip & cook on both sides.
5. ⁠Serve with red tomato & onion Kara chutney. (Recipe of red Kara chutney is uploaded on my channel. Do check it out)
