ATHENS to THESSALONIKI by TRAIN | GREECE | TrainOSE

What it's like to travel from Athens to Thessaloniki on the TrainOSE national railway system.
Starting at Larisa station in Athens, the train to Greece's 2nd largest city takes roughly 4 & 1/2 hours, with a few stops & nice, varying landscapes to see in between.

The route is nice. The train itself is ok, but definitely could use a replacement with the newer ones which are supposedly expected to be in service soon, which will even make this trip a bit shorter too.
