And another day off after the PADI Freediving Instructor course! And well-deserved fun diving! This time we went to Green Rock (dive site behind Koh Nang Yuan island) and were surprised with nice visibility and no current. And with many, many triggerfishes!!

We are the first PADI Freediving school on Koh Tao, Thailand, which offers freediving courses for all levels as well as apnea training, stretching, and breathing techniques for Freedivers
