It's officially Fall Y'all and we're bringing out the hay bales and pumpkins! ALL the pumpkins!!! 😂😂😂 For real, Titus got a LOT of pumpkins. His pumpkin garden only produced two so he's making up for it. 😂 Today we're making cozy autumn comfort foods all day long. We start with Pumpkin Pie Waffles for breakfast, roast some hot dogs for lunch, the BEST Smokehouse Chili is what's for supper, and we end with Sweet Potato Pie!

Pumpkin Pie Waffles
Ingredients:
2 cups complete pancake/waffle mix
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and cook in waffler maker. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar!

Smokehouse Chili
Ingredients:
3 pounds ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 strips bacon
3 15oz cans tomato sauce
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can light red kidney beans
2 tsp chipotle chili powder
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions:
Cook ground beef, bacon, onions, and peppers over medium heat in a large skillet until beef is almost done. Add garlic and cook until meats are done. Drain. In a large pot, or slow cooker, add all ingredients and mix well. If using a slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 4 hours. 3 hours may work, but mine needed 4 to be hot enough. If cooking on the stovetop, bring to a boil and then turn to low. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes.
