Driving in Switzerland: Autobahn A13 E43 from Sargans to Splügen

In this video you can drive along on Autobahn A13 E43 from Sargans to Splügen in the East of Switzerland. The A13 is 2 x 2 until South of Chur and then continues as a 1 x 1 across the more mountainous terrain including the San Bernardino pass (tunnel).

The A13 could be an alternative to the A2 when traveling to Italy via Switzerland, although the A13 also get's quite busy in the summer months. Splügen is a nice little town that sits at the base of the Splügen pass. I drove that pass road once in June and there was still plenty of snow at the top. It's a beautiful scenic drive that I can really recommend if you have the time.
