This EASY HIKE In The Sawtooths Changed My Life

Welcome to the Sawtooth Wilderness and the Sawtooth Mountains, the crown jewel of Idaho. This is my favorite place on planet earth. These mountains and this place are just special, even more so for us Idahoans. They represent who we are and what we're all about.

In this 9 part series we'll explore just a fraction of this area backpacking through one of the most beautiful landscapes in North America. We'll be hiking and backpacking through meadows filled with wildflowers, climbing to hidden waterfalls, and finding secret lakes covered in snow. There will be day hikes, overnighters, and we'll finish it off with a 5 day solo backpacking trip around the famous Alice-Toxaway loop.
