BAKE WITH ME: let's make vegan zucchini bread

today's recipe is a summer classic: zucchini bread! if you have any zucchini in your garden, or if a friend with a garden has kindly gifted you some zucchini, this zucchini bread is the perfect usage of it! usually I put chocolate chips in my zucchini bread for a delicious and decadent chiplicious zucchini bread, but today I just went with the typical plain zucchini bread (which was still delicious, but we all know chocolate makes everything better).
