Quetta’s Amazing Dishes
1. Balochi Sajji: A unique culinary masterpiece prepared with lamb or goat meat, cleaned, sliced, salted, and grilled on skewers over a beautiful fire. The mesmerizing process creates a delicious dish that is a true masterpiece!
2. ⁠Khurud: a traditional and amazing local dish made with a combination of onion, curd, masala, and eggplant that is extremely tasty
3. ⁠Traditional Quetta dish made with goat heart, liver, kidney, and lung, cooked with onions, garlic, and spices. Exquisite and delicious!
4. ⁠Balochi Sajji & Local Bread- At Usmania Restaurant meats are skewered, buried in the ground, and slow-cooked to perfection. Paired with stone bread. A must try delicious combination

Karachi’s Unique Dishes:
