Note: The occasional video drop-out from the MiSTer signal is some kind of "signal incompatibility" between the MiSTer output in this case with the Magewell USB+ HDMI capture device. It may not quite like the timing coming out of the MiSTer - whether that's to do with the core, the arcade timing, not quite sure - it doesn't seem to happen with my Elgato device, but it doesn't matter for this timing test.

Conclusion: the MiSTer core output is frame-by-frame in step with the arcade hardware for 5 full timeout rounds of Street Fighter 2: World Warrior. There are a couple of frames where sprite updates have occurred slightly differently, not sure if this is "real" or a side-effect of the capture chains used in each test rig. Either way, the "speed" of core is SPOT ON.
