Lil Helper Pads Redefined My Relationship With My Period (And Saved Me Money?!)

When I bought a pack of Hyps reusable menstrual pads from the Lil Helper Black Friday sale a couple years ago, I was only trying to support a small business I knew I loved. What I didn't expect was that not only would they be the only period product I am willing to use, but also that using these pads has completely removed a lot of the stigma I have in my own mind about my own periods.
