I made an Extract kit today. though i should show the start to finish on this with setup and clean up included, out of respect for your time video is 8x+ with voice over at 1.2x.

this system runs on solar power from a 24 panel project in a previous video, there are three inverters used in this system two 6200w 240v ones and a 4400w split phase magnum. this runs on a 120v leg from the magnum.

total time here is 3.5 hours. which is kinda long, when i had it on 240V i could do a 5 gallon brew day in 90 minutes. power is speed and at lower 120v power levels i have to take the time penalty, or brew with grid power, yuck. anyway Cheers!
