Situated under the ribcage, the solar plexus chakra (manipura, in sanskrit) is associated with self-confidence and belief that we can do whatever we will to do. If this chakra is blocked, we may lack self-belief or other emotional issues, or suffer from midback pain. Remember the following affirmation as we practice this solar plexus chakra yoga flow: "I accomplish tasks easily and effortlessly."
