There are several reasons why there may be no vacuum in the milker. Bottom line, if the unit allows air in somehow, the vacuum won’t build up.

You will want to check where the unit allows air

This video will help you to solve the possible problem with vacuum

If the vacuum does not build up to the level it should be or does not build up at all please check the following

The pulsator
Detach the pulsator. Check if If the sliding lid on the pulsator is open. Close the lid and attach the pulsator again


2. The vacuum hose

Check if the vacuum hose is attached properly.

3. Check collection claw gasket. If it is not fitted properly, the air will get inside and the vacuum will not build up. Please adjust

4. If the bucket lid is not closed properly, the vacuum won’t build up. Take the lid off and close the bucket again, making sure that the lid gasket is fitted

5. If a liner or a hose is torn, the vacuum won’t build up.
If this is the problem, replace the damaged part.

6. For models 600BR/MINI and 600BR/MINI 30 and also for for models 600BR/Goat 120/11. Please check if the frame lid is closed. The frame is the vacuum tank in these models. It is important that the lid is closed.
