There is no reason to attempt to swing in a circle or arc. Do you know anyone who can swing a bat, golf club or tennis racket in a truly linear motion? I don't. Even when we think "linear" it's always going to be circular no matter what. When we swing a baseball bat we think "linear" but end up with a circular motion of the bat. Humans don't think in arcs or circles we think in linear terms. When you throw a ball you don't think of your forearm making an arcing motion? No, you only think of the ball moving in a linear or straight path until we release it - but until we release it, IT'S NEVER MOVING ON A STRAIGHT PATH. Everything is an arc and we couldn't stop it if we tried, so there's no need to TRY AND MAKE THE GOLF SWING INTO A CIRCLE. There's literally NO OTHER WAY TO DO IT. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE to not swing in an arc.
