1 Potato
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt
Water as Required
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1 Green Chilly
1/2 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Black Salt
Fresh Coriander
1/8 tsp Garam Masala

To Make Aloo Pattice:
4 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
1 Green Chilly
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
1/4 tsp Black Salt
Salt to Taste
Fresh Coriander

Other Ingredients for Serving:
Onion
Tomato
Green Chutney
Garlic Chutney
Sweet Chutney
Sev
Chat Masala
Lemon Juice
